All private party renters and their guest must comply with all of the policies and procedures

• We recommend making at least 2 months in advance reservation.
• Everyone must have sock no exceptions. If a guest does not have socks the client will be charge $2.00 a pair when sock are provided to their guest. 
• If anyone refuses to remove their shoes the client will be charged $150.00 carpet cleaning fee no exceptions. 
• Any rental of the space for a private party must leave a deposit of $150.00 in advance to securely hold the desired date and the balance must be paid in full at the end of the scheduled party time. If the party goes over the scheduled rental time the client will be charged an additional time at $60.00 per half hour without pro-rating.
• Gratuity. A 15% gratuity will be automatically added to the total of the party. Any additional gratuity is appreciated.  
  
• Damage and Extra Cleaning Charges. Any excessive damage done to the Nayas Garden facility or property shall be billed to the client for either replacement or repair. Any excessive hard to clean messes (confetti- silly string- etc ) shall be charged an additional cleaning fee of $50.00 up to $150. which is not refundable.
• Parents or guardians of children must keep all food and drinks at the picnic area and please no walking around the play area with food and drinks client will be billed for extra cleaning charge. While the Nayas Garden cleans and sanitizes its toys, property, and bathrooms on a daily basis all guest must insure that they dispose of waste materials such as diapers, paper towels and, trash in the correct receptacles provided by the Nayas Garden.
• Personal Property. The Nayas Garden is not responsible for the clients or their guest’s personal property. It is the sole responsibility of each person entering the facility to be responsible for all belongings unless otherwise pre-arranged with the club and/or its staff. Under no circumstances will the Nayas Garden take responsibility for any lost, missing or stolen property personal or otherwise.
• Safety. Parents of children of the invited guest are completely responsible for the well being and behavior of their minor while on the premises of the Nayas Garden.
• Parents or guardians of children must not allow children to bring food into the ball pit or any of the Nayas Garden other Children’s activity areas at any time. Or extra cleaning charges will be added to your bill.
  
• Conduct. Any child or adult during the duration of the party is found to be destructive and/or abusive to the facility will be asked to leave the premises.
• Cancellations: Any cancellation within 20 days of scheduled party date will result in client being charged the FULL COST of the party.
• It is your responsibility to find out before you book with us if there are any Marathon or City Events on the day of your party. Nayas Garden will not be held Responsible for any events causing delay to the arrival of your guest.
• Arbitration: Any dispute or Claim arising under or with respect to the Agreement will be resolved by binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California and shall be administered by, and pursuant to, the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association before a single neutral arbitrator. Only direct damages may be awarded. No indirect, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits or attorneys fees may be awarded. The award shall be final and binding upon the parties. Any award may be entered as a judgment or order in any court competent jurisdiction. These policies shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. The undersigned has read and under stands the afore mentioned Private Party Space Rental Agreement & Regulations and agrees to abide by and be bound by such agreements & regulations.
